Early access

What the TrustEcho website offers today, and what to expect if you request access.

Can I complete a transaction through this website today?+

Not yet. TrustEcho is currently accepting early-access and partnership enquiries while the transaction platform is being developed and tested.

What happens after I request access?+

The TrustEcho team will review your enquiry and may contact you about a suitable early-access, pilot or partnership opportunity. Requesting access does not guarantee immediate platform availability.

Consumers

How individuals may use TrustEcho to document what was agreed on private and everyday transactions.

Is TrustEcho a marketplace?+

No. TrustEcho is being developed to help buyers and sellers document what was agreed and manage private transactions through a Stripe-connected process. It isn't a marketplace, a bank or a merchant of record.

What is TrustEcho intended to do for me?+

It is intended to help you record what was agreed with the other party and give both sides a clearer, shared understanding from confirmation through to completion.

Can I use it for private sales?+

That is one of the intended uses. Marketplace, Gumtree, private vehicle and high-value item sales are all areas where a shared, documented record could help. This is not yet available through the public website.

Providers

For tradespeople, contractors and service providers interested in giving customers a clearer process.

Will this help my business?+

TrustEcho is being developed to give customers a clearer process before they pay. Availability and transaction functionality will depend on the applicable early-access or pilot arrangement.

Can I use TrustEcho for milestone payments?+

Milestone-based transaction processes are being explored as part of the developing product. They are not currently available through this public website.

Payments

How payments are intended to work on TrustEcho, and what is available today.

How will payments be processed?+

TrustEcho is developing a Stripe-connected transaction process designed to give both parties greater clarity around private payments. This is not yet connected to a working transaction flow on the public website.

Are there limits on transaction size?+

TrustEcho is being developed with the intention of supporting transactions ranging from small marketplace pickups through to larger enterprise arrangements. Availability and transaction functionality will depend on the applicable early-access or pilot arrangement.

Security

How TrustEcho handles personal information submitted through this website.

How is my data handled?+

Only the information needed to respond to your enquiry is collected, and it is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Information isn't shared beyond what's required, or where required by law.

Enterprise

How institutions and larger operators might work with TrustEcho, as partnership and pilot opportunities.

Can TrustEcho support procurement and supplier programmes?+

This is a potential application TrustEcho is exploring, built around a clearer transaction-record framework. Any enterprise use would be subject to technical scoping and discussion.

Does TrustEcho integrate with existing systems?+

Integration with finance, procurement and compliance workflows is an area TrustEcho is open to exploring with interested partners, subject to technical scoping.

Is TrustEcho suitable for regulated industries?+

TrustEcho welcomes discussions with businesses interested in clearer transaction processes, early-access testing or future integrations. Any regulated use would require separate technical, legal and compliance review.
