Please email support@trustecho.com.au with details of what happened, including where you encountered the suspicious behaviour, approximate date and location, the payment method requested and any supporting screenshots or messages. Information submitted will be sent to the TrustEcho contact team and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you believe you are a victim of a scam
Report it to the right authority too.
If you believe you have been the victim of a scam or cybercrime, you should also report it through Scamwatch or ReportCyber. Contact 000 if there is an immediate threat to safety.
